This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded electronically between the Seller and the Buyer under the terms set forth below.

By placing an order through this website, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement.

This Agreement governs the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically through the Seller’s website.

Product details, pricing, and descriptions published on the website are an integral part of this Agreement.


3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

  • All prices are displayed in USD
  • The Seller reserves the right to update prices without prior notice
  • The price valid at the time of purchase shall apply

4. PAYMENT

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment service providers.

The Buyer confirms that all payment information provided is accurate and authorized.


5. DELIVERY

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination country
  • Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by logistics providers, customs processes, or external factors

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or force majeure events.


6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CANCELLATION & RETURNS)

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days of receiving the product.

To exercise this right, the product must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in original condition
  • Be returned in original packaging

Return requests must be submitted to the Seller’s support email.


7. RETURN SHIPPING

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer unless the product is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

8. REFUNDS

Once returned items are received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days

9. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If the Buyer receives a defective or incorrect product, they must notify the Seller within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (photos or videos).

The Seller may offer a replacement or refund.


10. FORCE MAJEURE

The Seller shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, transportation disruptions, or customs delays.


11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disputes, the Parties shall first attempt to resolve the issue amicably.

If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the Seller’s country of establishment.


12. ACCEPTANCE

By completing a purchase, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement.
